WARMFILL
What is Warmfill?
- Warmfill is one of the best materials to fill existing or new build cavity walls and complies with all the new building regulations.
- Warmfill is a polystyrene thermal grade bead, which is specially manufactured under strict controls for Warmfill.
- Warmfill will give maximum filling with minimum drilling -
- Unlike other cavity wall systems ie Fibre or Rock Wool, we install Warmfill through 22mm holes
- Warmfill fills the cavity 100% every time
- Warmfill maintains the function of the cavity, is free draining to allow the wall to breath.
- There is very little making good of the wall after installation.
- Warmfill is ideal for existing and new build housing - fast and efficient with a low lambda value, Warmfill pays back within 2-3 years.
- Warmfill is perfect for new buildings, cost effective, fast and efficient service from our installer network.
- No costly on site storage or wastage on packaging.
- 25 YEAR GUARANTEE
How does it save?
The 'U' value is the rate at which heat passes through a wall; the higher the U-value, the quicker the heat escapes through the wall. The figures below show some typical U-values for a standard cavity wall before and after the installation of Bonded Bead

The chart provides information on relative U-values for unfilled and filled cavity walls in accordance with BRE Digest 108. To calculate the thermal properties of walls with Bonded Bead, simply select the type of construction as coded on the chart, follow the curve from cavity width size, and at the point where the curve line breaks the centre of the coded area read off the 'U' value directly opposite.

The beads are manufactured under strict quality control in our purpose-built factory from raw material supplied by BASF (UK) Ltd or NOVACHIME.
A low-cost, high-quality and very energy efficient product.
The bead and bonding agent is delivered to site and installed by our fully-trained crews who carry out the installation in accordance with our BBA certificate.
The product maintains the function of the cavity wall by allowing the wall to breathe and water to drain away. Approved for all exposure zones.
Quick and easy to install.
There has never been a failure of this system reported to the BBA.
